Occasionally, QScrollArea scrolling does not work if you drag scrollbar.
I have not found a 100% stable way to reproduce it.
This problem is reproduced on Chrome and Firefoх (Windows).
Probably on the Safari (Mac) too.

I often manage to reproduce the error in this way:

1. Open page
   https://v1.quasar-framework.org/vue-components/scroll-area#Usage
2. Select any text from “Tip” block (green area).
3. Try click and drag scrollbar in the Basic block.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 until we get a scrolling error.
