Is there any way to force the client to get the new data?

I have a problem with drawer in desktop website in quasar 0.16. In normal view > 1000px have normal drawer with icon and text. Up to 1000px need a mini drawer. Now is <1000px drawer close. How to make a mini rawer in small resolution ?
