We have an app built using quasar cli 0.15

We are looking into upgrading now and I see that Vue CLI 3 also has a quasar plugin but there are cons to weigh… The three major things I see are:

1. Only restricted to PWA and SPA (not an issue for us)
2. Lack of dynamic conf using quasar.conf.js
3. No quasar-cli

What are the practical implications of 2 & 3? Can I still upgrade my quasar deps as new versions come out? and what will I miss out without quasar.conf.js?
