Disable screen zoom while double tap

We have developed PWA by using quasar and using it in Apple’s iPAD(Safari Browser) & Android mobiles (Chrome Browser) , we have created virtual keyboard , when user do the double tap automatically screen is getting zoomed can you please guide me how to disable the zoom effect with out impacting responsiveness of the application .

Its a native behavior enforced by the browser on touch devices. Cannot be disabled.
