Quasar CLI. Problem with creating new project

The problem appeared after updating Quasar CLI. Before that everything worked fine.

Tried reinstalling. No result.

Quasar’s CLI (for creating projects/ the global one) is only the @quasar/cli package. You shouldn’t be installing @quasar/app.
