'Watching' threads here isn't sending notifications (to me)

Is it just me? I never get notifications of new comments on threads I’m watching. I’ve checked my settings, and the box is ticked… I have the Digest option turned off, but the other 2 (new chat and replies) are both checked.

@spectrolite any idea about that and i think i am also not getting sound notification even i enabled already.
