QUploader inactive in 1.15.0

Hi !

Thanks for the awesome work for the 1.15.0 !! I just upgraded this morning but noticed a few minutes later that QUploader is not working anymore.

After clicking on the “+” icon to choose a file nothing happen. I didn’t change anything on this component between the 1.14.5 and the 1.15.0.
