          in codepen all is ok (
          if I delete q-banner from dom - the q-card is ok, no blur

            See if there is “translate3d” being used somewhere. If it is, change or override it with just “translate”.

                  This is a browser bug. I’ve already started an issue on this.

                  https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar/issues/4641

                  You can override the CSS with just translate for now too.
