Newsletter registration problem

More than a month ago I’ve tried to register for the newsletter. In that time there was a problem with the registration form. When the new registration form was available, I have tried a few times to register for the newsletter I can give my email address (give a green box), when I click the green checkmark button, I see ‘checking’ and then the box get a red color with the message ‘Oops, something went wrong, please check your email address’. I’ve used the same email address as on the forum. What must I do to receive the newsletter (I never received one)?
