Using Quasar component in other frameworks?

Hi,

I just “met” Quasar looking for a splitter in an almost finished work already done with Vuetify. At first glance Quasar seems more friendly for newcomers and surely I’ll try to convert new projects with Quasar, but for the finished one… is it any possible to just import one single component? Are there resources that explain how to do that?
