- Update documentation with correct toc data event name
- Fixes issue with .git in npm package
-
Hi, I really like the extension and have started using it.
However is it possible to globally change the CSS style for the plugin without editing the source directly / changing it per use in a template.
Many thanks
–
is it worth opening an issue on github? -
Yes, you can easily change it. I change it when I use it for my documentation for QMarkdown itself! The whole point was to do markdown, but follow BEM naming to make it very easy to modify. You don’t everyone having the same look-and-feel
-
I had a tinker with it, and everything’s looking good!
Also learned about stylus along the way… Which is a plus
Thanks for the extension and keep up the great work! Quasar really is shaping into something special

@Hawkeye64 I know you’re super busy … but …
Any chance of a “markup editor with icons”?
I know you already have the Interactive Editor example in the demo …
I know any of us could build it ourselves … from the Interactive Editor demo …
I realise that you, yourself, are probably so familiar with markdown that you probably type it without thinking … so don’t imagine you need it personally … but … I just thought I’d ask …
-
@digiproduct
What do you mean with “markup editor with icons”? Throw me the pitch… -
@Hawkeye64 Like the post editor here
-
I see - not sure if it’d compete with QEditor. Possibly not as that is not markup/markdown
-
@Hawkeye64 Understood … just thought that there’s lots of developers needing to edit markdown … and if a Markdown Editor was created WITH Quasar … i.e. using Quasar App Extension to build it … it’s a good advert for Quasar that might bring in some new Quasar users … possibly write a Medium article about “How to create a WYSIWIG Markdown Editor with Quasar”
-
no, I get it - just stretched a bit thin right now.
-
@Hawkeye64 Understand that completely … I’m frankly quite shocked by how much you guys achieve …
-
@Hawkeye64 Awesome work done with this markdown rendering extension. I love it.
Would it be possible to add “mentions” rendering option like showdown is doing with
ghMentions
andghMentionsLink
ref: https://github.com/showdownjs/showdown/wiki/Showdown-optionsI checked your source code on GitHub to try to contribute but had no clue where to start
-
@Arcange It looks interesting. Can you add it as an issue (feature request) to the QMarkdown repository so I can track it? Thanks.
