Why not Serveo over (or in addition to) Ngrok?

Hi, in the docs I noticed you point to ngrok as a solution to share dev server publicly. But that involves installing an app. Why not simply use Serveo? There is no app needed (at least on Unix based systems) and it is super simple to use:
