And enjoy! -
It really is so impressive - I am just so pleased that I have embarked on the Quasar journey - you are right to be proud!
-
qsearch and qinput missing v1.0
-
@donvie Qinput is under the ‘Form Components’ dropdown and QSearch is now included in the QSelect
From the Medium post:
Slimming down
One last and major goal of Quasar 1.0’s component rework was to reduce the complexity of the components themselves. For instance, instead of having a QSearch and QAutocomplete, we now have only QSelect. It does it all. -
Oh man… I’m blown away.
Going through docs. A masterpiece. So clean, organized and rich with features. This is like V10 of other products as far as richness of features goes.
A huge leapfrog forward.
Let me go back to docs and drool more.Thank you Quasar team (I’m sure Scott & Max had a lot to do with it)
-
@jezzta667 I saw it thanks man Cool
-
QSlideItem is one of my favorite additions. Something that’s common in most mobile applications, yet rare to find that feature in component frameworks. I’ve even considered switching to the iconic framework just for that feature alone.
-
Datetime Input
is missing??? -
import {} from ....
Don’t work inMeteor JS
import { QBtn, format... } from "quasar/dist/quasar.umd.min" // don't work import { QBtn, format... } from "quasar" // don't work
-
Just awesome!
It is my impression or it builds much faster on a empty project? -
Hey!
It’s impressive how much V1 improved upon 0.x versions, it almost feels like a new framework.
So, I’m ancious to update my app to V1, but the upgrade page (https://v1.quasar-framework.org/start/upgrade-guide) is not available yet.
I know its only at the first beta stage, but I’d like to upgrade and improve upon / fix a few things of what I’ve already built ASAP. Is there any updates on that regard?
Thanks for the awesome work!

Quasar framework is an amazing framework and you guys just delivered a crazily awesome tool For developers.
Thank you quasar team and community
-
Just a suggestion, the font for the documentation is too thin and maybe too small
-
In the documentation, the transitions are not very useful. In everyday life I would prefer without
-
@marc;
I have to agree with Marc with the font issue. the fonts are thin, light colored and the background is gray which does not provide enough contrast for long reading.Could you use a different font that is thicker and darker please.
-
QDate --> (with QInput section) https://v1.quasar-framework.org/vue-components/date#With-QInput
QTime --> (with QInput section) https://v1.quasar-framework.org/vue-components/time#Using-with-QInputOr even a QInput type=“date” or type=“time” directly.
-
@rstoenescu
Ok but what about Qinput type=“datetime”? Is it possible in 1.0? -
@marc
looks exactly like the Vue documentation to me.I assume it also follows material spec.

This is the most exciting news I’ve seen in the front end universe for a long, long time. Quasar takes the coolest tools in FE development—Vue, Webpack, SSR, the best icon sets, Cordova, Electron, etc., and delivers them to the FE dev on a shiny platinum platter. 1.0 is a revolutionary breakthrough… light years ahead. Razvan is a genius!
