how to use q-uploader with other form inputs

i really don’t understand q-uploader . how do i use it with other form input, then when i click on save then it upload along with my input fields.
I’m really confuse whats is the best way to use it.

q-uploader is what the doc says. if you want to do something with the files (maybe converting it to base64 and etc…) checkout the events,upload-factory,filter, icons sections, some that i can name in the docs that probably peeks an interest for customizing.
