How can I put the “Drawer” between the header and the footer (toolbars), opening and closing between them?
When I run “open” or “toggle” the drawer (sidebar) overlaps the header and footer, but I would like it to work within the header / footer context.

Sure. Take a look at the view prop of q-layout

You would set view="HHH LpR fff" for example. Also take a look at the overlay prop of q-layout-drawer
