QSelect help [Invalid prop: custom validator check failed for prop "options"]

Hi . Im a beginner in quasar . I tried using QSelect as shown below , but upon click , it has error in console as shown. What did i do wrong ?

i tried by means of removing one and used one qselect per page and no more error console. but still i couldnt figure this out
