Erro ao exibir data cadastrada (Datetime)

Hello friends, I have a small problem, as you can see from the image, I saved in my database the date referring to 1998-19-12, but in the calendar, it is displaying one day less, 1998-18-12. At the bank it’s like 1998-19-12. Could someone help me solve this?

Maybe a problem of timezone and how dates are stored in thé database.
