How to build Quasar App version 0.0.1

Run: quasar dev -> app:paths Error. This command must be executed inside a Quasar Project folder.

I have a project (Quasar app v0.0.1).
After install quasar-cli: npm install -g quasar-cli
This version of quasar-cli is 0.15.4
