Popover with arrow?

Has anyone created a component that is basically the QPopover component, but with an arrow that anchors it to the target? Basically like http://blueprintjs.com/docs/v1/#core/components/popover

Thought I would ask before I have a go at one myself.

Quasar Chip component has an arrow, maybe you can take a look at it’s source
