Convert a quasar app to progressive web app?

I have found this topic on the forum http://forum.quasar-framework.org/topic/133/add-manifest-json-done about the manifest for a progressive web app, how can I convert a quasar app to progressive web app, I know I could do it myself and reinvent the world but do you have a guideline to do this better?

Hi,

There’s currently no “official” way to deal with Progressive Web Apps. Yet. It’s going to be added soon through a starter kit or a wrapper, but not launching it until it reaches very high quality as Quasar devs are used to.
